SO DELISH!! The flavor was outstanding, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the focaccia bread tied it all together so well! I had it with the garlic rosemary fries and those were very god as well (maybe could have been a little crispier!) All together very good, but I would suggest editing the prices just a little lower.

Rest of my family agreed this was the best thing on the table. Two employees recommended it to me, and I'm in debt to them for it. The kimchi fried rice made it, I could eat three tons of that, but the pork ribeye was also just really tender. Worth every penny.

Excellent! The salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly, risotto was done right, asparagus cooked well and asparagus sauce nice and creamy!

We had stopped in for "just drinks" as we had eaten earlier at another restaurant down the road and had a somewhat disappointing time at that other restaurant so we left to go finish our time out elsewhere and ended up at the Hyde. We had great service, good drinks and peeked at the menu and liked what we saw. We came back to the Hyde the next day and had Spicy Thai Salad and the Poutine, along with a beer and glass of wine. The Poutine was spot on and hit the spot. The Thai salad was good, but had some unedible pieces in it that the manager removed and went to address the kitchen, so I was satisfied that wouldn't happen again. I would have liked a bit more dressing or even a bit creamier dressing but the Taste was great. My hubby thoroughly enjoyed the beer selection, while I had the BEST glass of Sauvignon Blanc, I've ever had. I gave it 8 stars out of 10. Next time it'll be a ten!
