Directly sourced from Pacific Northwest farmers, our offerings are seasonal and rotate with our farmers' crops and PNW seasons. Familiar favorites that grace their cans and kegs include, but are not limited to the following: apple, douglas fir tip, strawberry, raspberry, peach, nectarine, pear and shiso leaf. Non concentrates or purees are used in their fresh fermented brews.
