This crispy collab is made with our friends from Burgeon (Carlsbad, CA), using Elwha Spelt grown in Prosser by Moon Family Farm and malted by LINC Malt in Spokane. The flavor is light & crisp with a fruity aroma & spicy hop flavor from Lorien hops. Brewed for GRAINMAKER fest this month inĀ Spokane.
